To assign a E-Invoice, user need to ensure the subscription account has E-INVOICE LICENSE, else please send in Purchase Order(PO) of E-INVOICE LICENSE

3.1 Activate E-Invoice (Setting)
1. User may need to follow the step below in order to activate E-Invoice
1. Enable E-Invoice
2. Set the start business date
3. Scheduler/Timing to auto generate user preview data before submission
4. Enable the Auto Submit, if want to auto submission without data preview
2. Fill in the company details. (Note!: Each outlet only required one company details)
3.2 Activate E-Invoice (License)
Select and enable the pos terminal to activate the E-Invoice.
4. RMS Accounting Mapping (E-Invoice Mapping)
Accounting > Application Integration > E-Invoice
User may need to fill the details to do mapping
1. Default Tax Type = 02
2. Default Payment Mode = 08
3. Mapping Tax and tender in details, setup refer4.1 and 4.2

User required to fill in the Tax Type code that provide by LHDN under the Tax Mapping.

The template will be adjusted by Zeoniq Team to all the subscription. Will notify to all our partners.

The "Check Code" command added with the invoice no, sample at the image below

The E-Invoice QR and URL command will added under the tax summary details, sample at the
image below:

2. Step 2: Fill in the Invoice No. and Check Code.

6.2 Vendor (Owner

6.2.1: Submit by Auto
RMS > Outlet > Select outlet > Click “E-Invoice” > Setting
User need to set the timing and enable auto submit (refer step 3.1). When it reach the scheduled time, it will direct submit to LHDN without user preview data.
6.2.2: Submit by Manual

7. Check E-Invoice Submission Status
RMS > Accounting > E-Invoice MY
User can check the E-Invoice submission status by using the filter and generate the report.
