How to
do Combo
1-Click on the Item code to edit.
2-At [Product Mode] column, select [(1) Fixed Combo].
3-Click [Save] button at top right corner to save.
4-Then, go to [Product Structure] tab at the top part of the
screen.
-This is the Product Structure page.
5-Select [Paper] on the top right corner to create new combo.
6-This page will appear.
6.1-Select Child item from the drop-down list and point to the designated item that need.
-Click on the [Tick] to confirm.
7-This is the page that should be look like before save.
7.1-Click on the [Save] button to save.
7.2-[Save & Next] button is, if have other items want to continue add on in the combo.
-It will appear a new page to key in.
8-Below is when click on [Save & Next], Another new
page appears.
8.1-Note on the group no. should be in the same group. Choose Group no. to 1.
-And repeat the step in 6.1.
8.2-Below is item 2 the look before save.
-Click [Save] button on the top right corner.
9-This is the final result. The combo is complete.
How to
cancel Combo
-Tick on the items that wish to remove (Orange box), and click on the [Bin] button at the top right corner.
Combo Conditions
"Choose 1 main dish, 2 side dish"
Combo Logic: User required to select 2 side dish in
their order. It cannot be more or less than 2.
Users are required to choose 2 side dish items before able to place in their order.
How to put in minimum/maximum quantity of item
Click
the group header “Group No.:1”.
A new menu should open up, shown below.
Minimum Requirement Setting
This condition guarantees user to choose 2 of any items weather the same or mixing of items items.
Maximum Requirement Setting
Users are able to keep adding items beyond 2 items. Solve
this by setting a maximum requirement amount.
1. Tick
the Optional Button, for the maximum quantity menu to appear
2. Set the maximum quantity
The maximum allowed quantity is set to 2, meaning customers are limited to choosing 2 items.
3. Untick the optional button, to ensure the maximum quantity limit is enforced
