Stock Adjustment:
1-Open Zeoniq, from the dashboard, go to [Operation] Category.
-Then go to [Inventory], click on it.
2-Choose on [Stock Adjustment] to enter.
3-This is the stock adjustment page.
-Click on the [Paper] button at the top right corner to create new.
4-A page will appear as shown below.
-Insert [Adj. Document No.], Document Date and Outlet Code.
6-After save, the bottom will appear a tab. That is where key
in the stock item.
-Click on the [Paper] button, the orange box to add in stock item.
7-A tab will appear. Click on the search button to look up the items.
8-May use the filter to find the item that need to key in. Click
[Tick] on the left side to select.
Example: STT02 MILK
10-This how it looks after save. The item will show below.
-May click [Pen] button at the left side to edit, there is any changes.
N.1- Do double check all the items and amount are correct.
N.2- Click [Save] button the green box shown above to save
the edit.
*Save is sort like a draft; you could change or add on items. You also use
remarks to note down if any.
*Once posted, it cannot be reverse or cancel.
Please handle careful.
N.3- If confirmed all the details are correct, then click [ΓΌPost]
to save completely. At top right corner, the purple box.
Post means that this invoice will be recognize in the system.
