Zeoniq RMS - How to use Excel file to Delete Item Selling Price of Multiple Product items

Downloading a DeleteProductPrice Excel Template

1. Go to Product > Product Item. Click on the cloud with up arrow icon on the upper right corner.

2. Click on "Delete Product Price" to download the excel file.

Open the Excel file and fill in the following:


  • ItemCode = Item Code of the Product Item
  • SPTCode = "MYR" if currency code is Malaysian Ringgit
  • EffDate = the effective date of the price of the item you want to delete.
  • SPTTag = Price Tag code. Leave blank if no use.

4. After done edit, save the excel file and then upload it by clicking on the cloud with up arrow icon beside the cloud with down arrow icon at step 1. Choose "Import Files" and select the saved excel file.

5. If the entries are correct and valid, the file will be successfully uploaded. If not, the system will give an error and the file cannot be uploaded.

6. Now the pricing on the effective date of the product items have been deleted.
