Downloading the Excel File

1. Go to Product > Product Item. After using filters to choose your category or items, click on the cloud with down arrow icon on the upper right corner.

2. select "Product Price" to download the excel file in zip folder.

3. After extracting and opening the excel file, notice the first row of the excel (Pic 1). It is all the data fields of the product "Selling Price & Cost" tab of a Product Item (Pic 2) when you manually create or edit the selling price in Zeoniq RMS.

3. Enter the following required fields:

• ItemCode = Item Code of the new item (if got add new items).
• SPTCode = "MYR" if currency is Malaysian Ringgit.
• Effdate = Effective date of the price with yyyy-mm-dd format; can also set future date.
• SPTag = Price tag; if any, example "TA" for takeaway pricing. Leave blank if no use.
• Selling Price = Price of item. If changing price, just edit new price and change Effdate.
• the last two columns with "0" value, if your no using points system feature.

4. Once done, save the excel file and upload it by clicking on the cloud with up arrow icon beside the cloud with down arrow icon at step 1. Choose "Import Files" and select the saved excel file.

5. If the entries are correct and valid, the file will be successfully uploaded. If not, the system will give an error and the file cannot be uploaded.

Downloading a ProductPrice blank excel template

A. Go to Product > Product Item. Click on the cloud with up arrow icon on the upper right corner.

B. Choose "Product Price" to download a blank ProdcutPrice excel template.

C. Freely add in the new items as in Step 3 and upload it as in step 4.
