Downloading the Excel File
1. Go to Product > Product Item. After using the filters to choose your category, click on the cloud with down arrow icon at the upper right corner.
2. Select "Product Item/Attribute" to download excel file in zip folder.
Adding or Editing the Excel File
3. After extract and open the excel file, notice the first row of the excel (Pic 1). It is all the data fields (key-in boxes) of the product item details when you manually create a product item in zeoniq RMS (Pic 2).
3. To add an item, simply copy a row of an existing item (yellow box) if they have the same settings (if not, freely edit the appropriate box) and paste into another row as a new entry (red box).
4. Change the following value:
- ItemCode
- ParentCode
- ItemDescription
- ShortDescription
- KitDescription
- Kitchen Queue (if different printer out kitchen slip)
Uploading the Excel File
5. Once done, save the excel file and upload it by clicking on the cloud with up arrow icon beside the cloud with down arrow icon at step 1. Choose "Import Files" and select the saved excel file.
6. If the entries are correct and valid, the file will be successfully uploaded. If not, the system will give an error and the file cannot be uploaded.
